Plans A, B, and C are community proposed
alternate plans to the Red Plan.
Plans A and C are:
a) much less expensive
b) do NOT "take" private property for school use
c) and leave money for teaching.
Plan B
is being circulated by Let Duluth Vote
as a petition for special election to give an
advisory statement to the School Board.
