Judge Orders "Surety Bond" of $100,000

Temporary Injunction
We will learn later this week whether Judge Hylden of the Sixth District Court will impose a temporary injunction on new Red Plan construction for the $100,000 bond he previously demanded of the taxpayers in their suit alleging an unlawful contract between JCI and ISD 709.
This would require 100 people to post $1000 or
1,000 people to post $100 bonds.
Let Duluth Vote already has over 2,000 contributors having raised half this amount over two years.
